A Supreme Court Bench headed by the Chief Justice Dipak Misra and comprising Justices AM Khanwilkar and DY Chandrachud today took strong exception to the arguments advanced by advocate JP Dhanda in the case relating to PNB scam. Dhanda was arguing a petition filed by his son Vineet Dhanda seeking the Court’s indulgence for issuing directions to the investigating agencies to register a case against the “top management” of PNB in the scam.
