The Supreme Court today issued clarifications with respect to its order passed on February 9 on appointments to tribunals. A Bench of Chief Justice Dipak Misra and Justices AM Khanwilkar and DY Chandrachud heard Attorney General KK Venugopal, Senior Counsel Siddharth Luthra and advocates Ajay Bansal and Arun Monga appearing on behalf of the petitioner/applicant.
