Allahabad High Court today made it clear that it cannot permit a mosque of UP Sunni Central Waqf Board to continue in its premises. Senior Advocate Mukul Rohatgi, appearing for High Court today told the Bench of Chief Justice Dipak Misra and Justices AM Khanwilkar and DY Chandrachud that a discussion was held by the various stakeholders and that mosque cannot be permitted in the premises of the High Court.
