The Supreme Court today dismissed the petitions filed seeking an independent investigation into the death of Judge Loya. The judgment was delivered by a three-judge bench of Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra and Justices AM Khanwilkar and DY Chandrachud, in a batch of PILs demanding an independent probe into the death of the judge.
