CLAT 2018: Allotment subject to outcome of petition, Supreme Court

The Supreme Court today clarified that the seat allotment for various National Law Universities (NLUs) based on the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT 2018) will be subject to the outcome of the petition in the Court. A vacation Bench of Justices AK Goel and Ashok Bhushan heard the batch of petitions which have raised a series of grievances against the manner in which CLAT 2018 was conducted this year.
