The Supreme Court today made oral observations in favour of abolishing the NOTA option for voting in Rajya Sabha elections. A Bench of Chief Justice Dipak Misra and Justices AM Khanwilkar and DY Chandrachud was hearing a petition filed by Shailesh Manubhai Parmar seeking removal of NOTA option in voting to Rajya Sabha.
