The inquiry team headed by former Special Director of CBI, ML Sharma has concluded that the register obtained by advocate Prashant Bhushan from former CBI Director Ranjit Sinha’s residence is genuine. The team has also concluded that Sinha had tried to influence the investigation in certain cases pertaining to coal scam. These facts were revealed in today’s hearing when Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi and petitioner advocate Prashant Bhushan made their submissions.
