The opposition to the shifting of Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) from South Mumbai to Vashi has reached the Supreme Court of India. In a petition filed by the DRT Bar Association (petitioner), a vacation bench of the Supreme Court comprising Justices RK Agarwal and DY Chandrachud today issued notice to the Central government.
